Automatic benefits come with a listing: we are used by many publications as a resource for local maker gift guides, we create and promote our own gift guides, media partners have regular maker features with directory businesses and most importantly – we are the go-to place for the Knoxville community to shop local.

Q. What happens if I don’t get my password reset email?
A. First, be sure to check your SPAM folders as well as Promotions. Email filters vary by user. If it still didn’t come through, please send an email to Kelsi@knoxec.net with the name of your business, your name and the email address.
Q. I don’t know if I have a profile. How do I know?
A. You can search your business name in the current directory. If you still aren’t sure, you can try to sign up for a new account. You will not be able to create more than one listing using the same email address.
Q. How many listings can I have?
A. You can have one listing per business.
Q. Why are the changes I’ve made to my existing directory page not showing up immediately?
A. Once you’ve hit the UPDATE button a message comes to us to approve the changes and make them live. We will be making regular updates. Expect to see your changes within 48 hours.
