Saturday is an up-your-game day… and also a UT game day.
The good news is, you can do both! The game is in the evening and Summit parking doesn’t have to be a headache thanks to Visit Knoxville.
Visit Knoxville is sponsoring a Saturday Summit Shuttle to help event attendees avoid crowded parking lots. Attendees can park at the First Presbyterian Church parking lot (620 State St, Knoxville, TN 37902) and hop on a shuttle that will pick up every 15 minutes starting at 8am.
Don’t let anything keep you from these inspirational and educational speakers at The Maker City Summit Saturday sessions.
Mayor Kincannon will open up the event at 9am, followed by a video unveiling and our first Keynote Speaker, Andy J. Pizza. If you are unfamiliar with Andy J. Pizza, you need to check out his podcast, Creative Pep Talk. It is a universe of information and inspiration for creatives. We are so excited to have him kick off our amazing lineup of speakers!

At the end of Saturday, hop back on the shuttle or walk over to Maple Hall where you’re invited to keep the conversation going after the day’s programming has come to an end. Grab a drink, some food, bowl a few frames, sit on the patio, or lounge in The Maple Room. Take time to decompress or discuss ideas with new friends.
On Sunday we stoke the flames of inspiration and education all over again with Keynote Speakers Allie Mounce and Clare Freeman of Pretty Useful Co., followed by panel discussions and breakout sessions that are not to be missed. For a full list of speakers and Summit schedule, check out the Summit main page.
