Maker Workshop and Demo Load in Instructions
We are excited to have such a talented group of makers hosting workshops and conducting demos at the Maker Experience. To help facilitate load-ins and outs, please review the instructions below.
ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
Arrive at least 30 minutes early for your time slot. (Please verify with the schedule online.)
We are located near the main stage with a back entrance by the Rachmaninoff Statue.
- Pull into the Poplar Street Parking area and use your flashers to unload by the footbridge over Cumberland Avenue.
- Text the Maker City Contact when you arrive.
We will meet you at back entrance by the Rachmaninoff Statue entrance of the Festival to unload your things.
You can then park where you can. Note: 11th Street garage is free on Sat and Sun, but space is not guaranteed. Please plan ahead.
Meet us back at the Maker Experience Tent, on the far side of the festival near the main stage.
