I’m a born-and-raised East Tennessean—originally from Clinton, now residing in Knoxville. Studio Felis is the culmination of my lifelong love for graphic design, acrylic painting, and for all animals domesticated & wild. As a 25 year old maker, I’ve only recently begun my official capacity as a real small business this year. I offer wooden slabs of various sizes, types, shapes with meticulous custom pet portraits paintings or imaginations of other fauna you might find in our Tennessee backyard. I’m currently working on my first collection of non-custom paintings. These will feature birds, insects, bats, mushrooms, cats, flora, and more.

I make leather goods. Handbags, totes and clutches plus a an assortment of chokers and arm bands . Utility items like hatchet frogs, bedroll straps and bracers as needed.

June Bug LLC

All natural dog and cat treats and supplies

Our June Bug is an apricot standard poodle. She is now 2 year2 old and a fur-ball of energy. She loves being outside, playing in the water, meeting new friends and taste testing all of our treats!

I have always loved all animals, no matter what shape or size. But when June Bug came into our lives, she was something special. So, I began looking into what she needed to have a long, happy life. Although that is a long list, when I got to food and treats, I knew what I had to do. In order to make sure I knew what was going into her body and how it benefited her, I needed to make it myself. As I did this, I thought to myself, “Doesn’t Every dog owner want the same?” So, I decided to start June Bug LLC. A company that Only uses all natural, human-grade ingredients. A company that has researched each of these ingredients and how they benefit our pups. A company that cares about what is going into YOUR pup.

Bandanery

Dog bandanas! (Custom, embroidered dog bandanas)

I make custom dog bandanas so dogs can CELEBRATE EVERYTHING! I made bandanas for my dog, Cliff, on Instagram (@cliffgsd), and people were asking where I got them, so I found an opportunity to help dog lovers and their dogs celebrate life events together.

In terms of process, I buy fabric, cut it into bandanas, serge (hem) up the edges so they don't fray, and then they're ready to get customized! I hand-letter dog's names—or milestones (I recently helped celebrate a dog client's 15th birthday!)—and format them for my embroidery machine. From there, a dog bandana is created. I work with customers to get the colors, names/milestones, and sizes to help their dogs celebrate everything!
