We raise the Texas Longhorn cattle for their nutrient dense beef because they are natural foragers. The longhorns are also biologically lean and calve easier than commercial breeds. We operate our farm using sustainable practices, enriching our soil environment and producing a naturally healthy grass-fed & finished beef product.
