My wife, Jessica, and I own and operate A Dopo Sourdough Pizza (more commonly referred to as A Dopo). Before we fell in love with each other, it was Italian food and culture. We’re quite proud of the food and service at our little wood-fired pizzeria in downtown Knoxville.
