Microgreens Farm - Year-round, Indoor in South Knoxville
On a mission to bring healthy food to East Tennessee. Super Nerd/Maker turned micro farming automation guy. I'm not a doctor but I know everybody eats way to much sugar and processed food and should eat more veggies - I'm out make that happen - at least in K-Town. My 'barn' looks more like a makerspace than a place to store hay.
