No matter where you are on your maker journey, you won’t believe all the experts who are coming on board for The Maker City Summit 2020 to help you.

Are you toying with the idea of maybe – just maybe – someday running your own business? They’re here for you.

Already past the start-up stage? They’re here for you.

Are you struggling with branding? Doing well in all areas except bookkeeping? Having trouble understanding what’s selling and why? They’re … well, you get the idea.

The Maker City Summit presents two dozen experts in small group discussions ranging from product photography to pricing, accounting to analytics, strategy to sustainability and much, much more – available to you during the two weeks following The Summit.

Digital marketing? Wow, it can be complicated. Digital Consultant JR Charles, Austin Church of Balernum, Kenneth Herring of IT Company, Ryan-Ashley Anderson of Jewelry TV, Hannah Lee and Jess Vossler of 2ndMile Marketing, Jasmine Newton of Javon Renee Portraits – they’re all on hand with the best, up-to-the-minute ideas to enhance your online understanding, facility, and impact.

You love your product; others need to see what you’re all about so they’ll love it too. Branding is the key. Ron & Kate McKnight of Arkae will teach you about Brand Charisma, and Joseph Woods – also known as Black Atticus – of Park City Printing will add Graphic Design into the branding mix.

Julie Ferrara is the Assistant Department Head of Business Analytics at UT’s Haslam College of Business. She’s just spent three years with a startup; she can help you, too. Adrienne Webster of AOW Accounting is literally inviting you to Ask Me Anything. Now’s your chance.

Is your Etsy shop launched? Could it use an upgrade? Isabella Diaz will offer 1:1 store audits. And Brigid Oesterling of Brigid KO Designs will guide you through Online Craft Shows.

Small business marketing, growth, strategies? Robin Easter of Robin Easter Design, Oslo Cole of Osmotic Solutions, Terrence Carter of the Knoxville Area Urban League – there’s a reason these names are locally known.

Charlene Izere’s company, Melanin & Money, is committed to building empires led by Black women. She’ll talk about Business Strategy. Charlene Bond of Prolific Xpressionz knows about Web Design, and how to be a Master of Creative Solutions. Time management, organization, product pricing? Samantha Lane of Origami Dayand Lucy Simpson, who is in Retail, Hospitality and Tourism Management at UT, have got you covered.

And there’s still more. Jonathan Halley of Big Slate Media offers Digital and Video Storytelling, Benny Smith of WUTK 90.3 knows from Airtime in the Music Industry, and Bruce Cole of Bruce Cole Photography reveals the best techniques for Product Photography.

With the purchase of a Summit ticket you’ll receive a link with the opportunity to sign up for a small group discussion of your choice. These will be limited to six attendees per session and each expert will host two sessions.

They’re here for you. Don’t miss this!
