The Handwoven Canvas

I want to have control over the raw materials used I my artwork. That could involve sourcing wool to spin, dye, and weave into a textile or being able to be picky in where my materials are sourced.

A main focus of my artwork and products is to reintroduce the consumer to. What goes into making the textiles they use in their day to day lives. I also want to find the meeting point of sustainability, function, and aesthetics.

Sparrow & Sassafras Creative Arts

I make cozy and enchanting jewelry and accessories out of colorful, natural yarns and fibers. I enjoy making items that have a nature-y, wild, and whimsical look. The adornments I make help people feel warm and magical. My love of all things woolly has lead me to learning crochet, knitting, felting, and I even dabble in weaving.

Cousland Crafts

I make chainmail and scale mail jewelry and accessories. I start from scratch, coiling wire and making my own rings. I started in 2017, my interest garnered by a desire to make my own armor. After making armor, I wanted to learn more! Thirty weaves and five years later, I love weaving as much as ever.

Konane

I hand make sequin clothing in a range of shapes and colors. I also hand make quilt jackets, quilt top dresses and clothing, and upcycled dresses and tops from vintage or antique textiles. My design process is zero waste. I design into my scraps to keep textiles out of landfills. All of my clothing is size inclusive as I make clothing for every body in my Maryville Studio.

BFW Handmade

The day I learned how to sew is the day I started making bags and I never stopped. My passion started with bags and that has lead me into a passion for leather work. Mixing leather and handbags together has been a dream come true for me.

Debbie Alley, LLC

I create abstract wall art and designer textiles. I am eclectic in my style and like to incorporate techniques from eco-printing, silk-painting, and mixed-media collage, to create depth and texture. My designs are very natural and soothing in color. However, I can colorize and print them to match your décor in any size. My designer textiles include cotton, linen, silk, and wool. Whether it is a hand painted silk scarf or a yard of eco-printed raw silk, each is unique in color and design.

Beth Meadows Art

I create a wide range of fine art which includes collage, paintings, and hand-painted wooden cut-outs and wearables. Conceptually, I enjoy mixing my life in East Tennessee with aspirational and luxurious living, drawing inspiration from contemporary, high-end design. The themes I enjoy exploring include female confidence, mental health, and interpersonal relationships using dark and humorous undertones. I create artwork for exhibitions, retail locations, and take on commissions that fit within my current body of work.

OWLTOPUS

Hey there, I'm Chloe, the maker & owner of OWLTOPUS based in Knoxville, Tennessee. I'm a an artist who works with mixed media curating beauties to accessorize you life with. I primarily work with polymer clay, acrylic, & wood.

I believe in creating what you want. Literally. Like let your girl make you a custom piece. More importantly, I believe in creating what you want as a life motto, a value, and a feeling. An OWLTOPUS isn't a "real" animal. It is, however, what I've created & what I believe in.

865 Studio Design

I am committed to bringing peace to the world through art. Each of my works is created in a peace-filled, uplifting, positive, joyful environment. This inspiring energy becomes infused into the art piece. I enjoy creating contemporary fabric art that has visual and/or actual textural elements. These elements often include beads, vintage buttons, feathers, hand-painted and manipulated fabric, yarns, and found objects. My art is eco-friendly. I create with recycled and repurposed items as much as possible. I love the play of textures and colors found in nature. I am influenced by African, Asian, & Tibetan cultures.

Bad Women Company

Women’s Self-Care & Confidence building

A women’s confidence company with an all around “outlaw” approach. I’m a licensed esthetician by trade, a women empowerment coach, & an energy healing practitioner. My goal is to give women the tools they need to build their own confidence through self-care & spirituality. Im also working on a non-profit under BWC that hosts anonymous meetings to create a safe & comfortable environment for women & children who may need help. It’s there if you need to breathe, talk, make moves, whatever it is- the resources are available. I’m not a divorce activist, I’m not a women’s shelter & im not there to tell anyone how to live their life. I’m there with resources I realized didn’t exist. I’m there for women like me, the ones no one expects to be in a situation like that so no one reaches out. Giving women the resources, tools, a friend- allows them to grow stronger & make more clear decisions. Women were not built to be charity cases, to be sitting in a home filled with things they have no attachment to, after making what could be the hardest decisions of their life. So I help them build.

Leather and wool pouches

I make handcrafted leather and merino wool bags and pouches. After measuring and cutting each piece to custom design, I punch the holes and saddle stitch everything by hand using waxed thread. I custom-set antiqued copper grommets on each piece, and finish off the style with colored paracord. Some pieces include solid copper beads.
